Refund PolicyGeneralAs Business Mentorship & Coaching is a digital product and service, once you purchase you gain immediate access to course materials, templates, and coaching calls.
Therefore, you acknowledge that your purchase cannot be cancelled and Lav Art Webshop j.d.o.o. (the “Seller”) is not obliged to provide a refund, except as set out below.Refunds will only be given under the following circumstances:
1. If you meet the criteria under our Money Back Guarantee.
2. If there is a technical issue that we are responsible for, which has prevented you from accessing the product within 48 hours of purchase.
3. If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical fault (genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible).
